McCall (d. Jan. 22,1970) was the business manager of the Mount Pleasant newspaper, 1923-1949, and co-publisher and editor of the Grand Haven Daily Tribune, 1949-1969. He had a wife, Jean, and two daughters, Janet Jensen, and Margery McCall. (Information from his obituary in the Mount Pleasant Daily Times News, Jan. 23, 1970.)
